Rewind Booths Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the services offered by Rewind Booths , including the rental of photobooths and related equipment (the “photobooth”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Services
The Company provides photobooth rental services for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. The Services include the rental of the photobooth equipment, set-up and takedown of the equipment, and on-site attendant.

Reservations
To make a reservation, you must complete the online reservation form or contact the Company directly. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date. Discuss with the company to check if you can claim a voucher for any future events upon cancelation.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or check. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify the Company in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event date, a refund of the remaining balance will be issued. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the event date, no refund will be issued.

Liability
The Company is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal property left in or around the photobooth. The Company is also not liable for any injury caused by the use of the photobooth equipment.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services.

Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [insert the state where your business is based], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
